Ocean View Resort, Koh Tao

My stay at Ocean View Resort was a mixed bag. The location is truly great, just a short walk from the beach, but the experience was marred by rude staff and some room issues. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, but the service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

My experience at Ocean View was unfortunately marred by aggressive staff and overall dissatisfaction. While the location was ideal, just a stone's throw from the beach, and my initial bungalow was decent for the price, being asked to move to a smaller, dirty room or pay more left a sour taste. The lack of hot water and a broken fan in our room didn't help either. I was also quite shocked when on our last day, the staff didn't inform us about the cancellation of our boat, leading to a near-miss with our flight. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place due to the horrible treatment we received.
